Welcome to the 60 years DAF Trucks Vlaanderen Family Day website!
Exactly 60 years ago, DAF Trucks Vlaanderen was opened in Westerlo. A significant milestone that we would very much like to celebrate together with you and your family. That is why we are pleased to invite you to the Family Day on Sunday, September 6 in Westerlo.
Such a wonderful anniversary is, of course, an excellent reason for a festive day, but there is more: a great deal has changed in Westerlo in recent years. For example, we now have the most modern Cab Paint Shop and the most modern Cab Factory in the world. At the same time, the Axle Factory has undergone a true transformation.
Experience the world of DAF during our fantastic family day, featuring interactive factory tours and impressive show trucks. Get hands-on with technology and science in our DAFopolis, and enjoy the wide range of entertainment with the whole family. Join us for food and drinks in the midst of all the festive atmosphere!

- The 60 Years DAF Trucks Vlaanderen Family Day starts at 10:00 AM and ends at 5:00 PM.
- Parking is available in the vicinity of the DAF site. Shuttle buses will operate between these parking locations and the DAF site. The parking address will be sent later by email.
- Need a parking space for a person with a disability? Please request this during registration by sending an email to DAFWES.60jaar@paccar.com.
- A bicycle parking area is available on the DAF site for those arriving by bike.
- Access to the DAF site is only possible with a valid entry ticket.
- During the 60 Years DAF Trucks Vlaanderen Family Day, volunteers will be available to answer your questions. They can be recognized by their DAF 60 clothing.
- Toilets are available throughout the site. Toilets for people with disabilities are indicated on the map.
- Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the site, including buildings and tents. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas indicated on the map.
